Aquatears Eyedrop 10 ml contains hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (hypromellose), a lubricating polymer that forms a protective film on the eye to relieve dryness and irritation. It acts as artificial tears to moisten the eye surface and provide comfort.
Who is it for
This eye drop is for adults and children who suffer from dry, irritated eyes due to wind, sun, screen use, or prolonged contact lens wear. It can also be used after eye surgery as recommended by a doctor. Do not use if you have an eye infection or allergy to any ingredients. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should seek medical advice before use.
Dosage
Instil 1 or 2 drops into the affected eye(s) as needed, usually up to four times daily or as directed by your healthcare provider. To apply, wash your hands, tilt your head back, pull down the lower eyelid and gently squeeze the bottle to release a drop. Avoid touching the tip of the bottle to any surface and replace the cap immediately after use. If you wear contact lenses, remove them before applying and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting. Follow your pharmacist’s instructions, who may adjust the dosing frequency.
