Dosage
The typical dose is two 500mg tablets taken three times daily (total of 3g per day) for up to 5 days during menstruation, starting from the first day of your period. Do not take more than 6 tablets in 24 hours. Tablets should be swallowed whole with water and can be taken with or without food.
