Who is it for
This medication is for adults with neuropathic pain (nerve pain from diabetes, shingles, or spinal cord injury), partial seizures, fibromyalgia, or generalized anxiety disorder. It is not recommended for children under 18 years for pain conditions.
Dosage
The typical starting dose is 75mg twice daily (150mg/day), which may be increased to 300-600mg/day divided into 2-3 doses based on response and tolerability. Take with or without food.
