Who is it for
This medication is for adults and children weighing at least 5kg who have been diagnosed with uncomplicated malaria. It is effective against chloroquine-resistant malaria strains.
Dosage
Dosage is based on body weight. Take with food, preferably fatty food, to improve absorption. The standard treatment course is 6 doses over 3 days. Our pharmacist may contact you to confirm the patient’s weight and ensure proper dosing.
