Who is it for
Aspirin is generally suitable for adults and teenagers aged 16 years and over. It should never be given to children under 16 years due to the risk of Reye’s syndrome. Dosage
For pain or fever relief, aspirin tablets are usually 300 mg. Adults can take one or two 300 mg tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed, but no more than 12 tablets (3.6 g) in a 24 ‑hour period.
