Who is it for
This balm is suitable for adults and adolescents experiencing muscle sprains, joint aches, headaches or cold symptoms. It should not be used on broken or irritated skin and is not recommended for children under two years of age or for pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical advice.
Dosage
Gently massage a small amount of Aboniki Balm onto the affected area two to three times daily. For nasal congestion, apply under the nose or on the chest and inhale the vapours.
