1. How soon can I get my delivery (delivery options)?

This depends on which delivery option you select. We offer 3 delivery options to all locations in Plateau State:

  • Standard delivery: With this delivery option you can expect to receive your ordered products within 24 hours from the moment the order is placed. We deliver typically in less than 6 hours and in a maximum of 24 hours depending on the location and time of purchase.
  • Express delivery: This delivery option is more expensive but the benefit is that your order is shipped as soon as it is received. We stated a maximum wait time of three hours, considering road conditions, but on average you should receive your order in less than one hour, this option is only available in Jos, Plateau.
  • In-store pickup (Nasara Pharmacy): With this option, your order is packed and ready to pick up anytime from Nasara Pharmacy. Nasara Pharmacy is located at No.22 Ahmadu Bello Way, next to Hamaz , Jos.
  • In-store pickup (Healthy You Pharmacy): With this option, your order is packed and ready to pick up anytime from Healthy You Pharmacy. Healthy You Pharmacy is located at Victory house, Eto-Baba Road, after Angwan Rukuba Junction, Jos.
  • Free delivery: We also offer free delivery for any orders worth ₦40000 or more in Jos Plateau State.

We cannot guarantee when you will receive your order if you order from Outside Plateau state, but we guarantee that you will be contacted and your order will be shipped within 24 hours.

2. Do you deliver to homes directly?

Yes, we do! We deliver to homes and other accessible locations. That said, due to the complexity of the Nigerian road system, we ask that you please be patient and cooperative with our delivery agents as they may contact you to find their way to your location.

3. I want more information on a product, how can I get it?

For more information on any of our listed products, you can contact us through any of the methods listed on our contact page, or click to chat with a pharmacist immediately.

4. How do I send my prescription?

  • Start a chat with us by clicking this link
  • Once opened please let us know you wish to upload a prescription
  • You will then be asked to upload a picture of the prescription (picture can also be taken with a smartphone)
  • Once we’ve received the prescription, our online pharmacist will assess it and get back to you shortly

5. How do I talk to a pharmacist
